Studio Sessions

Take your musicianship beyond the practice room. Studio Sessions bring musicians together to rehearse, collaborate and perform as part of a real band. Develop your confidence, sharpen your listening skills and experience the energy that only comes from creating music with others.

Practice Lab

Making music shouldn't feel lonely. PracticeLab brings musicians together each week to write, practise, share ideas and grow in a supportive creative community. Receive professional guidance, honest feedback and the accountability to keep making meaningful progress.

Artist Mentoring

Develop your skills with focused guidance designed around your ambitions, experience and creative goals. Whether you're preparing for a performance, writing new music or looking for expert feedback, every session is tailored to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Hey, I’m Alexei

For the past decade I've helped hundreds of musicians develop their confidence, creativity and musicianship through practical learning, honest feedback and real-world experience.

As a working musician, songwriter and producer, I know that making progress isn't just about learning scales or theory—it's about building the confidence to create, perform and share your work with the world.

Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or preparing to release original music, my goal is simple:

"I believe great musicians aren't born—they're developed through curiosity, consistency and the courage to keep creating."
